Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, indeed, the Fiscal Management Act of 2009 Section 9(2) says:- “The Annual Estimates laid before the National Assembly under the provisions of Sub-section 1 shall be accompanied by Treasury reports specifying by department of the measures taken by the Government to implement the audit recommendations made by the National Assembly in the previous year.” Hon. Minister, I am convinced that you have not complied with the provisions of the Act. What do you have to say for yourself?"
