    "content": "In the previous Parliament, this House dealt with issues of IDPs almost in every session. Information came to the Floor that at the time the Government had spent over Kshs25 billion to settle IDPs, it turned out in some of the inquiries we had, that the money was shared among public servants, largely leaving genuine IDPs from being settled."
