    "content": "Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, for giving me this time to also support his Motion. I thank the Procedure and Rules Committee for a wonderful proposal. Having improved from the first, the second and third, I am sure by the time we go to the fourth proposal, they would have refined in terms of amendments to the Standing Orders. These forms of amendments will improve the way we conduct meetings in the Senate and ensure we dispense with our work efficiently. The work of this Committee will act as a benchmark to all other institutions in this country in terms of innovation. Courts have been grappling with how to deal with their huge backlog of cases. If they can learn from us, they will dispense with many of their cases within a very short period."
