    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. This matter is very serious and, many times, it even exposes the Chairs and Vice- Chairs of Departmental Committees. This is the frustration they all have. I sympathise with my sister Hon. Sabina. Hon. Speaker, I think it is high time you gave a ruling on this matter. This is because CSs are too full of themselves and disregard committees. Without giving clear reasons, they do not appear before committees when they are invited. We are frustrated and, at times, we do not know how to move and work. This matter is very serious and I think it needs your guidance. Thank you."
