    "content": "Well, I think every case should be dealt with on its own peculiar circumstances so that we do not make a blanket condemnation. But we have suggested to them that if, indeed, they are serious, they should have liaison offices so that every morning, they liaise with Parliament to know what is coming and what is touching on their ministries. Unless they have that office, they will never be available to respond to questions. Perhaps, that may explain why there is so much disconnect. Hon.
