    "content": "Gender based violence is still prevalent. Women in the rural areas are bearing the brunt. How many shelters does the Government have? Every county and constituency must have a shelter to help women find peace when there is no peace in their homes. The intention of Sessional Paper No.2 of 2019 is good and clear. We only want to see its implementation. In this country, we cannot talk about women without talking about women with disabilities. Those two people must find themselves in one sentence. That is the only way we can move forward."
