    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support the Motion. It is clear that the Sessional Paper is a revision of a document that was done in 2000 – the National Policy on Gender and Development. From that point alone, there is need to have this document. If a document was approved in 2000, it must be reviewed now. The constitutional changes that have occurred such as Articles 10 and 27 of the Constitution imply that The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor."
