    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support this Sessional Paper. Unless we are persuaded further, I will not support the BBI before I see the positions of women with disabilities. They should not be in the Senate where there will be no cabinet secretaries, the position of Prime Minister and the National Government Affirmative Action Fund. The party lists should not be played by parties, but should be mandatory to have representation of persons with disabilities of, at least, five per cent."
