    "content": "Lastly, you have encouraged that the decree is issued; we serve the Speaker. This is important but the Members have been frustrated about the Bills that have come here. I have resisted the temptation. Some of the Senators here have gone to lobby with the Budget Office. I am aware because one member of the budget officers told me, ‘you did not come to us.’ I am glad that nobody in this House will go and sit in the Budget Office about their Bills being considered in the National Assembly. This is because that was a violation of this Constitution and befouling our role on legislation in the Constitution. I thank you and the offer you made at the SBC, we will hold you to it."
