    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for this opportunity to add my voice to your Communication. As the other Senators before me have said, I want to take this opportunity to thank you and the leadership of the Senate, both the minority and majority party, and all the Senators for moving to court when they did, to get a determination on these Bills that were assented to without the input of the Senate. I also want to thank the lawyers led by the Senate Minority Leader, Sen. Orengo, Senior Counsel Sen. Omogeni and my good friend and neighbour, Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., not forgetting the secretariat led by our Clerk through the legal office for a job well done."
