    "content": "On this particular issue, we spoke with one voice, and as a House, we can learn that there are so many things that are good for Kenya, for devolution, and for the Senate, but cannot be achieved until we have the kind of resoluteness that we had on this matter, and the unity that we show-cased to the country.
