    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, without blinking an eye, I want to tell Kenyans that BBI is the way to go. We all remember vividly what happened in 2008. Every election year, we experience violence in various parts of this country. The violence is not as a result of two-third gender rules, but because of lack of representation at the top. Therefore, we need to expand the Executive through BBI, so that we solve this problem once and for all. Let us embrace this noble idea of BBI because we are one people living in one beautiful country. We must support hon. Raila Odinga and His Excellency the President in this initiative because they put the interest of this country first. If they decided to put their political ambitions at bay, why can we, as Kenyans, not support them?"
