    "content": "Unfortunately, in most cases, we go ahead and fight each other in wars that are not necessary. It is unfortunate that as we speak, the President assented to the 24 Bills, which puts him in a very awkward position. I support my colleagues on proposing that in future, before any Bill is assented to, there should be a certificate to show the Bills have been properly processed and passed through the two Houses so that the Head of State is not embarrassed as it is now. This is so that we have what we are calling “smart approach” to issues in future."
