    "content": "I am sorry, Speaker, Sir. I meant Sen. (Prof.) Kamar. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the leadership and the management of that university, at the time when I was a student there reflected the face of this country. We have heard narrations of what is happening especially at the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) in Mombasa, where the people of that region for the longest time, have complained about being discriminated in securing jobs because they are being told that they are not properly educated and cannot work. This discrimination must come to an end. Lastly, I want to challenge the Senator for Lamu to draft a Motion of censure against the PS and bring it here, so that we discuss the PS. That will serve as an example to other Principal Secretaries and government functionaries, who think that this country belongs to them and certain sections or regions of this nation and some people are more Kenyan than others. I support."
