    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, it has reached a high time that through the Committee on Roads and Transportation, we call a Committee of the Whole House where the Minister in charge of Roads, Hon. Macharia, must come here and share with the Senator what KURA, KeRRA and KeNHA are doing to address some of these issues. One example is the road that runs from Eldoret, Kapsabet all the way to Ewasi and Chavakali in Western Kenya, Vihiga County. There is maintenance. The only time KeNHA appears is when either they are cutting grass or they are just marking and then disappear. The road is too narrow.
