    "content": "In most counties, governors have made public announcements that there is no more COVID-19. I wonder whether those governors are living in Kenya because this is the time that we need proactive county governments. Can you imagine how long it will take to train another doctor to the level of Dr. Alusiola who died in Kakamega County? How long will it take to train such a doctor? I ask the National Government to wake up and not place so much trust on our county governments. We shall never succeed unless the National Government takes the driver’s seat."
