    "content": "It is quite unfortunate that to date, there are no ICU beds to cater for the COVID- 19 patients. Many front line health workers still have a challenge in accessing PPEs. The front line health workers in many counties have threatened to go on strike for luck of PPEs, delayed salaries and other deplorable conditions. The conditions highlighted by Sen. Malalah do not only affect Kakamega County alone. It has affected people right across the counties. Bomet County has a lost a person who was a CEC in Kakamega County.
