    "content": "I thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to give a comment on the statement by Sen. Malalah. The COVID-19 pandemic has not affected Kakamega County but all the 47 counties. The fact that people are dying in counties as a result of COVID-19 is not reason enough to say that county hospitals should now be taken over by the National Government. People are dying of COVID-19. There is therefore need to ensure that some money is committed for the purpose of buying COVID-19 PPE."
