    "content": "I know the Government of Kenya has tried its best. I do not think many other nations around Africa are trying to do what Kenya is doing. The Government is supporting the elderly by giving them stipend, for instance, of Kshs2,000 per month or every two months. That means that after every two months, the elderly who are listed normally receive this amount of money."
