Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No. 42 (a) (5), I rise to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Energy the following Question, on behalf of the Member for Kimilili, Hon. Didmus Barasa: (i) What is the status of electricity connectivity in Kimilili Constituency from 2017 to date for public institutions, particularly public schools, health centres, trading centres and households? (ii) (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide specific timelines within which all the said public institutions, households and trading centres will be connected to electricity?"
