I would like to ask Question No.314/2020 to the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why the upgrading to bitumen standards of Kemera-Kiendege-Eberege-Gachuba-Keumbu Road in Kitutu Masaba Constituency has stalled and why the contractor abandoned the site in August 2020? (ii) What measures are in place to ensure that the construction of the said road resumes, and that the project is completed to the set standards without further delays?"
