    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I think the challenge is that we have multiple sources of information – Ministry of Devolution and Planning and the Ministry of Internal Security. How I wish we could get one source so that, just as they have centralized distribution, they also do so on the source of information. I want to comment on the issue of cash transfers.
