    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, I am a Kenyan by right. The habit of dispersing the congregation should stop forthwith because I have a right to go anywhere as a Kenyan. There have been many such cases where some people actually hold meetings while others are stopped from holding meetings by teargassing the neighbourhoods. Hon. Deputy Speaker, we were stopped from holding meetings when teargas was fired at us from the neighbourhood. Please, Chair, advise whoever is telling you to do that to stop because it is not democratic."
