    "content": "Birth registration not only guarantees a child’s right to a name and nationality, but it also fulfils a wide range of other rights and requirements like access to other identification documents such as the National Identity (ID) Card. The Ministry of Education has made it mandatory for children to be registered in schools using birth certificates so that, that information is captured. That is why we have the NEMIS system in use."
