    "content": "need to urge the Government to use the technological strides this country has made and establish database centres for purposes of storing and harmonising all the necessary information required for the issuance of birth certificates. There are several challenges faced by our parents when acquiring birth certificates for their children, more now than before because a birth certificate is a must for our children to enroll in school. One challenge parents face is missing information of the parents and child as a result of improper documentation. When our parents go to the civil registration centres, there are documents they are told to provide when filling forms in order to be issued with birth certificates, but because such information is not stored, sometimes the mother is asked for information and documents from the father. This can be very stressful if the mother remembers that by the time she gave birth to the child she was married and later on, the marriage broke. Therefore, being asked for a copy of the ID card from the person who had married her is difficult. Sometimes, marriages end up in a way that women are almost killed by the men. This is very stressful and we cannot allow it to continue. We know this country has advanced technology which can store this information in a way that if a marriage breaks, the child will not be denied the right to get a birth certificate just because…"
