    "content": "So, we will kill vetting and it will be much easier for people who have always been looked at with suspicion. In my constituency there are people who were born and we know their parents and brothers. But when it comes to them getting a birth certificate or ID, they need to constitute a panel to determine the citizenship of a child. I think this is something that can be stopped by this Motion.
