Pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.42A (5), I wish to ask Question No.255/2020 to the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain the criteria used to identify and select individuals to benefit from the National Hygiene Programme (NHP), dubbed KaziMtaani Programme? (ii) What plans has the Ministry put in place to ensure that the unemployed youth who are very severely affected by the effects of response strategies of the COVID-19 pandemic in Kathiani Constituency are considered for the said programme?"
