    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker, for the opportunity to contribute to this Motion. At the outset, I would like to thank the Committee and indeed appreciate that in this Report, there is a very clear demonstration that leadership and responsibility is gender neutral. I am extremely happy that I get an opportunity to speak on this a day after we looked at the gender and development policy that was being reviewed after 20 years. My very own Member of Parliament, Hon. Atandi, was getting a bit concerned by the manner of engagement.
