"content": "Let us be a bit patient. Let us not start looking for a populist point – that you want to cushion off people because they retired and are aged. This is so that we are seen out there looking for jobs meant for the youth. Mind you, these are youth who have not even taken time to go through training and skills development required for the positions we are agitating that they should be given. We should be thinking from that angle. We are busy creating classes in this country by trying to psych our young chaps that they do not have jobs because the older people have salvaged their jobs. That they do not have wealth because some people are richer than them. That is a very dangerous trend we are trying to create."
