    "content": "I agree with the Leader of the Majority Party that when these Nominees, Ambassadors and High Commissioners go out there, they represent Kenya. We are a country that understands. That is why the Constitution says there should be regional balance. These 14 Kenyans come from 13 different counties in this country. You can see the spread, it is even and fair. It is just that you cannot get all of them to everywhere. Interestingly, and this is good to note, we may look at them in another angle or mirror but you do not understand them.
