    "content": "When the NARC Government took over a few years, ago the then Minister for Roads, Public Works and Housing, who is the current Prime Minister promised Kenyans that the Government was going to put up 100,000 units per year to address the issue of housing in Nairobi. At that time, he was a small man but now, he is a very powerful man! When the Minister says they are putting up 1,500 housing units, this is barely symbolic. Is there any firm commitment that the Government is going to address the issue of housing in Nairobi, so that rent can come down?"
