    "content": "Lastly, it is a fact that the police need motor vehicles. This is very key and the security team has raised that matter so well. They need that as soon as yesterday. That is because you cannot go anywhere in this country without a vehicle. For instance, curfew hours have been moved to 10.00p.m. How do you enforce that, if you cannot reach where people are breaking the law? You cannot enforce. So, I support this Report.
