"content": "At the outset, it has become apparent that the police, by virtue of the role that they were given to enforce the curfew and health protocol, have become the first responders and the front- liners. Unfortunately, the nation or the country has made no efforts at all to train, equip and change the mindset of the police. They forgot questions of social distancing, they forgot the question of face masks, they forgot the questions of hygiene and the police believed that guns and military fatigues were a cure or the preventer of the spread of coronavirus.
