In my village and constituency, they arrested a group of young men for not wearing masks.a They filled them at the back of the Land Rover to take them to the police station. They were also in this same Land Rover. There was the risk of spreading that infection. I do not think that they were even sensitive to that because that was a fertile ground for infection."
