The matter that the Assistant Minister is responding to has not been asked in this House, and he has no business talking about it. Secondly, the Standing Orders are very clear. We are not supposed to refer to what the media is doing out there. Is the Assistant Minister in order to refer to media reports and be irrelevant by addressing an issue that is not before the House?"
