    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree with Sen. Khaniri. We have said too much about this, formed too many committees and passed many pieces of legislation with no action. It is unfortunate. I hope that someday, we can make sure that the tea farmer in Kenya can make money out of the tea that is growing all over the country. There are investors from all over the world who are prepared to come to the country because of the tea that we farm."
