    "content": "Even though we are also saying that it is not an issue to argue about when it comes to matters BBI, it is very important. I noted Sen. Halake supporting Sen. (Prof.) Ongeri when he said that it was not a matter to do with BBI. In as much it was a very important concern to all of us, the issues of pastoralists and crop farming must be listened to in the BBI. Crop farming, which is one of the most important sector in this country, must be seriously debated. Where I come from - as Sen. Omogeni said - whenever we talk about BBI without talking about tea farming, people will not even listen to you. We must take this seriously."
