    "content": "Madam Deputy Speaker, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.47(1) to make a Statement on an issue of countywide concern, namely, cases of murder, abduction and mysterious disappearance of people in Kisumu County. In the recent weeks, cases of murder, abductions and mysterious disappearance have risen to worrying levels. Families have been left distraught and these agents of impunity have left many children without parents. The fundamental right to life for every Kenyan, as enshrined in the Constitution, cannot be overemphasized. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
