    "content": "We thank the Committee but hope the Government will take action to ensure that when those children grow up--- Hon. Mututho took some of the children as his own and gave them clothes. The Government ought to find a way of making sure that those children do not live with the memory that somebody wanted them eaten by hyenas. It is so sad."
