    "content": "I assisted in drafting the African Charter on the Rights and Welfare of Children. That is why the children’s rights are specifically recognised under Article 53 of our Constitution. If any nation does not handle its children properly, then that nation is not civilized and has no future. Therefore, it behooves us to look after the rights of children, and not just the county governments, but also the national Government and people should do so. On this, I commend John Mututho, and the people who are philanthropic and have feelings for children.
