We have two Motions that we must execute today; the Tea Bill and the Senate Majority Leader’s Calendar change Motion. We will not have enough time. However, I was going to rule later. I can mention now that the Committee and the Chair are willing to receive any comment directly from Members and they can bring back the Report. We will give them a deadline on when to bring back a report."
