We cannot strengthen the National Assembly by making sure that Cabinet Secretaries (CSs) and deputy CSs come from the National Assembly, then remove women from the crucial role of budget making, leave the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) in the National Assembly, then remove the women and bring them here just to vote."
