"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the scheme of service says that after two years of service you qualify to move to the next grade, provided that you have met certain conditions. I did mention that one condition has not been met, and that is the paramilitary training. We are requesting Treasury to provide us with funds to enable us take the officers through that training. However, confirmation in the current Job Group, which is Job Group âJâ, has taken place. What has not taken place is promotion to the next grade, which is Job Group âKâ."
