    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support Sessional Paper No. 3 of 2019 on Female Genital Mutilation. There is no doubt that the nation and this House agree that FGM is not only an abuse to our girls, but it is also a health hazard. It is an outdated practice that should not be practised in the 21st Century. Looking at the statistics, we should be more focused on its eradication.
