    "content": "My administration is also implementing the following reforms in the security sector: expansion of the National Police Service Control and Command Centre for surveillance and communication; the successful launch of the Digital Occurrence Book Pilot Project; and in addition, I recently and proudly unveiled the National Security Innovations Exhibition at the Kenya Wildlife Service Law Enforcement Academy in Manyani, Taita Taveta County. This was a youth-driven innovative project aimed at leveraging on technology to address problems facing citizens, including cyber security, crime, revenue collection gateways, social media communication, geospatial mapping, resource consolidation and manufacture of small arms."
