    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, let me thank the Assistant Minister for putting an effort to bring this matter to conclusion. But it is obvious that the manner in which names of Kenyans, including hon. Members, are dropped about casually and connected to some of these things, is done in a manner that is not serious and not based on any investigation, which results in destroying the names and careers of persons, including hon. Members of this House. Could the Assistant Minister tell this House whether, in fact, this whole race against those particular people may have been some kind of red herring while the real drug barons continue to do their business without any attention at all? Could he also assure this House that the Anti-Narcotics Police Unit can now go after the real culprits? Could the Government be willing to tender an apology to Kenyans whose names they have destroyed on the basis of absolutely no concrete information?"
