    "content": "(b) Immediately the breakdown was reported, technical officers were dispatched to carry out diagnosis of the problem. The first diagnosis revealed that the bearings were worn out. However, after replacing the bearings, the shaft of the windmill was found to be defective. To acquire the spare parts of the windmill took a long time as the spares are not locally available and had to be imported. The borehole repair was completed on 20th March, 2010 and it is now operational."
