    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, still on boreholes, we come from very dry lands and the Ministry’s activities on drilling boreholes has been yielding what they have been calling dry boreholes or dry wells in most areas. They have attributed that to lack of proper hydrological survey. Could the Ministry undertake to conduct a proper hydrological survey in all those areas to mitigate the problems of drilling dry water wells?"
