    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, since you are on the seat, we are looking forward to the day when you and Speaker Muturi will shake hands, so that Article 110 (3) can be put into effect. Just like the Senate Majority Leader has said, I am looking forward to this Senate vetting the Chief Justice, the Deputy Chief Justice, the Auditor-General, and the non- members of the Cabinet. That is the sort of Senate we are looking at. It is not too much to ask for because this Senate has produced the best legislators. This Senate can produce other legislators, but we also want to welcome those legislators and other leaders, including governors who have no other place to go other than come to the Senate."
