    "content": "This Address as mentioned was given six months late because of the issues which are in our country. This Address was to Parliament which is made of two Houses. I have issues with the writers of the speech because in the document, one will see a lot of reference to “Mr. Speaker, Sir, National Assembly” while the two Speakers were sitting there but the President referred to “Mr. Speaker” and “This House” several times. I think the speech writers in the President’s Office are not used to the bicameral Parliament that we have. This is where we are because the confusion we have in this country is that people still think Parliament is the National Assembly. They made the President read a speech which mostly addressed one House, yet it was addressing both Houses."
